Partner Search Terms
A name, place, or other detail entered into a search tool is transmitted to the third-party provider that operates that tool so it can return results. Auglaize County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The receiving search provider may process the query under its separate privacy terms.
Emails and Other Messages
Information sent by email or through an available contact form is retained as needed to read the message, prepare a response, and maintain the related correspondence. Those submissions are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law. Messages should not include sensitive personal information that is unnecessary to the request.
Information Collected During a Visit
Web servers and supporting services may record standard technical information when a page loads. This data helps operate the site, understand general use, and diagnose errors. It may include:
- The visitor’s Internet Protocol address

A parent, guardian, or young person who believes a minor submitted personal data may use the information on the Contacts page to request its deletion. A request should identify the submission closely enough to locate it without adding more sensitive data.
